> Chronosync: The standard clock for a Lossec.
> Rota: 24 hours according to the Lossec Chronosync.
> Rotae: Plural of Rota.
> Week: A complete cycle of the 9 Standard Named Rotae.
> Lune: 4 Weeks.
> Annum: 12 Lunes.
> Anno: Plural of Annum.
> Epoch/Apoch: A period of 10,000 Anno.
> Age/Aion: A period of 10 Epochs/Apochs.
> Trota: Portmanteau of Terran Rota — The Universal Rota Standard.
> Tanno: Portmanteau of Terran Anno/Annum — The Universal Annum Standard.
Note: Terms like "day" and "year" may be used within idiomatic expressions or within the context of single-chronosync inhabitants.
> Glitch/The Glitch: the mysterious mechanism that allows for suspensions of physics known colloquially as "magic".
> Relicborn: A term for magic-users in Into Infinity. (aka. witches/wizards/etc.)
> Dreamborn: A broad term for Mythical Creatures. (aka Mythica)
> Mythica: Entities formed of an amalgam of mythical creatures of a certain degree of ubiquity within either the Pre or Post-Apoch-Freeze cultural zeitgeist. All Mythica are Dreamborn, but not all Dreamborn are Mythica.
> Suspension: Technical term for the colloquial "magic spell".
> Relic: Objects with anomalous properties and which may either contain Suspensions or manifest suspensions.
> The Mythic Treaty: A set of agreements between Humanity and the Mythica to maintain peace and stability. Since the Ages of Forgetting, The Mythic Treaty has evolved to protect both Mythica and Humanity alike from threats both mundane and arcane.
> Tanzaurum: Portmanteau of tanzanite and aurum. Tanzaurum is an anomalous and extremely valuable substance integral to a wide array of essential systems from warp drives to general-purpose quantum computers. Similar to gold but pleochroic with a lustre similar to that of trichromatic tanzanite crystals (royal blue, indigo, violet), it is prised for its beauty as well as its utility. There are only two known sources of Tanzaurum; The Shrouded Vael and Moñekyn, Confederation of Rimworlds Republic.
